Got cabin fever? Put on your coat and get out of the house for these highlighted events:

  • Now through Jan. 31 – Diversity Week at Lewis. Honoring the legacy and beliefs of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. All events are free and open to the public. Find out more at http://www.lewisu.edu/news/newsarticle.htm?PArticleID=9468.
  • Friday, Jan. 31 – Career Fest in partnership with ISCPA. Res/Rec Center at 440 S. Brainard in Naperville. The fee is $20 and be sure to bring copies of your resume! This professional job & internship fair will have two times for different interests: 10:00 am – 3:00 pm for the Business Sector (Including non-profit) and from 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm for the Education Sector including school districts.
  • Through January 31– “It’s All Relative” Paintings and Photographs by Two Cousins, Robert Porazinski and Barbara Eberhard. The Brent and Jean Wadsworth Family Gallery, located on the university’s main campus in Romeoville. The free exhibit is open to the public and will be on display from 9:00 am-9:00 pm weekdays and 9:00 am-5:00 pm on weekends.

Meet the All-Decades Men's Basketball Team



The Lewis University Athletics Department introduced the first All-Decades Men's Basketball Team in school-history, representing the 1950's and '60's, during Alumni Day on Saturday, January 25. Click here for more information and a slideshow of the events.

The All-Decades team includes Pat Callahan '55, Tony Delgado '65, Ray Fedo '56, Tom Kennedy '62, Al Latham '61, John Lucas '70, Bill McManaman '69, Wayne Molis '66, Bill Pauls '66, Duane Szymkowski '66, Bob Thayer '61 and Ferry Williams '68. Fedo and Molis will be recognized posthumously.

Our events calendar highlights:

  • Friday, January 17 – “It’s All Relative” Paintings and Photographs by Two Cousins, Robert Porazinski and Barbara Eberhard. Reception from 7:00-9:00 p.m.
  • Saturday, January 25 – Alumni Day 2014. Join us for the Men's and Women's Basketball Games vs. Bellarmine University. We've partnered with Athletics to host a contest for the Future Flyers to sit on the men's or women's bench during the games or cheer along with the Lewis cheerleaders! Register and enter contest online here.
  • Friday, January 31 – CareerFest, the Professional Job & Internship Fair of Lewis University in partnership with ISCPA. Read more details about the event and registration at www.alumni.lewisu.edu/Events!
